Khariz Builders (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 9^th May 2022 (Previously known as Khariz Builders founded on 2^nd February 2016) as a Construction Company which mainly focuses on Architectural, Civil & Construction, and Interior Design works.

Khariz Builders (M) Sdn Bhd offers comprehensive (Design Build) Architectural, Civil Construction, and Interior Design consultancy & services for discerning, quality-conscious clients that seek assistance in their design choices for their primary residences and businesses. This experience offers personal attention through the design process, construction and provides design resources and products to its Clients. The total experience is provided in a way to consult, inspire, and assist people through the process of transforming their dream home or business environment to become a reality.

Khariz Builders (M) Sdn Bhd is registered under Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia, and Johor Center for Construction Development (JCCD).

Bachelor Engineering (Hons) Civil (Universiti Teknologi Mara UiTM)

A Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) in the branch of Civil Engineering and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). With a keen eye for design and a flair for leadership, he combines technical expertise with creative insight to deliver impactful engineering solutions.

With over 15 years of experience in the Malaysian construction industry, Ir. Ibrahim Hanif has led and contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from high rise and low rise developments to large scale infrastructure works. His career spans roles with prominent main contractors and reputable property developers, where he has consistently demonstrated excellence in project management, execution, and strategic planning.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ir. Ibrahim Hanif is an avid nature enthusiast and seeks out adventurous experiences that broaden his perspective and deepen his understanding of the world. A lifelong learner, he is driven by a relentless passion for knowledge, innovation, and continuous personal and professional growth.

Graduated her Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Civil from University Technology Mara (UiTM). Have more than 10 years of experience in Malaysian Construction Industry. Experienced on designing structural construction drawings of buildings and infrastructure during her previous employment with Civil & Structural (C&S) Consultant.

NADZIRAH BINTI ABDUL RAHMAN

Bachelor’s Operations Management (Hons) (Universiti Teknologi Mara UiTM)

An enthusiast administrator with 7 years of experience who is well versed in administrating, recruiting, paymaster, and accounting in variety of environment such as theme park, hotel, logistics, and education industry. Highly skilled professional who is responsible for and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business by efficiently managing administrative tasks and supporting the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Have more than 8 years of experience in Malaysian Construction Industry. 7 years of experience in aluminium and glazing fabrication works. Involved in various types of building and infrastructure projects. Practicing duties encompassing contract & procurement, project management and planning, site coordination, resources management, quality control and assurance (QA/QC), and Healty, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE).

NUR TIHANI BINTI JAMALUDIN

Bachelor’s in Architecture (Hons) (Universiti Teknologi Mara UiTM)

A creative thinker in architectural and building design, knowledgeable in philosophy revolving around human and design built to create interesting living area for a meaningful lifestyle. Skilled at technical aspect involving 2D drawing and 3d modelling with a passion to achieve higher level of skills in architectural world.
