RENOVATION OF WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE
Safwa Global Venture (M) Sdn Bhd (SGV) was incorporated on October 11, 2011 and is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a G7 grade contractor. Its headquarters office is located at Taman Nusantara Prima, Iskandar Puteri. SGV also maintains six area offices across the State of Johor.
High bay lights are specialized lighting fixtures designed for spaces with high ceilings, typically 20 feet (6 meters) or higher. They are commonly used in industrial, commercial, and warehouse settings, including factories, cold storage facilities, gymnasiums, and big-box retail stores. Their primary function is to provide bright, even illumination over large areas.
T8 LED lights are used for the main light at this storage warehouse. T8 LED light is a tubular, energy-efficient lighting solution designed to replace traditional fluorescent T8 bulbs. The “T8” designation refers to the tube shape and its diameter of 1 inch. T8 LED lights are commonly used in commercial, industrial, and residential settings, providing bright, uniform illumination.
Frosted glass for shop fronts is a type of translucent glass that has been treated to create a matte, opaque finish, while still allowing light to pass through. This is achieved through processes such as sandblasting, acid etching or applying a frosted film. The result is a textured appearance that provides privacy while maintaining a modern and stylish look.
The metal deck roof used for this loading bay area is a corrugated steel roofing system designed to provide a durable, weather-resistant cover for loading and unloading zones. The roof is constructed from corrugated steel sheets, providing high strength and rigidity. The corrugated design helps to distribute weight evenly and adds stability. It is also made from galvanized or coated steel to prevent rust and corrosion. The metal deck withstands harsh weather conditions, including heavy rain, wind, and UV exposure.
This small server room is a dedicated space designed for offices to maintain computer servers, networking equipment, and related infrastructure. In this project, it is equipped with cooling systems to maintain optimal temperatures, preventing overheating of equipment.
